Blueberry matcha, made the slow way.
Ceremonial matcha poured over cold blueberry milk, whisked to order at 1314 Greene Ave in Westmount. Sea-salt cold foam optional — but recommended.

What's actually in it
- 01
Real blueberries, not syrup
We cook whole blueberries down into a tart purée and stir it through cold milk, so the bottom of the glass is fruit, not sugar water.
- 02
Ceremonial-grade matcha
Stone-ground Japanese matcha, whisked fresh for every cup. Grassy and smooth instead of bitter — no powdered latte mix.
- 03
Poured, not blended
The matcha is layered over the blueberry milk so you get that purple-to-green fade. Stir it when you're ready.
- 04
Your milk, your foam
Oat or whole milk, iced or hot. Add sea-salt cold foam for $2 — it cuts the sweetness and it's how most regulars order it.
Good to know
- How much caffeine is in a blueberry matcha?
- Roughly the same as a cup of coffee's gentler cousin — matcha releases caffeine slowly, so it's a steadier lift with less of a crash.
- Is it vegan and dairy-free?
- Yes, ask for oat milk. The blueberry purée and matcha contain no dairy; the cold foam does unless you request the oat version.
- Can I get it hot?
- Yes. Hot is served as a blueberry matcha latte; the layered look is an iced-only thing.
- Where can I get it?
- Smashberry, 1314 Greene Ave in Westmount, Montreal. Walk in, call for pickup, or order on Uber Eats.
